Dr.Lunde is a very great doctor and very helpful as well as all the nurses that have helped, however on the other hand the front desk receptionist is not very polite.
Bad custmer Serv anwering the phone very poor
I am a new patient trying to make an appointment I have waited and waited on the phone then I tried to contact a supervisor and I was told the office manager is no longer there. Dr. Barros office was way better than this office at least I could make an appointment. I think I'll contact city hall and tell them we need more doctor's offices to choose from in Bessemer city because this one sucks.
HORRIBLE YOU'VE GOT TO WAIT FOREVER AND EVEN IF YOU COME EARLY I'LL WAS FIRST ONE THERE AND LAST TO BE SEEN THAT'S BECAUSE I WAS LEAVING AND ALREADY ON MY MOTORCYCLE WHEN THE NURSE CAME OUTSIDE AND SAID ARE YOU LEAVING I SAID YES UNLESS YOU'RE READY TO SEE ME NOW.. THEY TOOK 9 PEOPLE WHO COME IN AFTER ME BEFORE THEY WERE GOING TO SEE ME THAT'S RIDICULOUS.
They are very good with people and took good care of my mother m law
